Pendulum Effect - Unless you have a 'Harmony' Pendulum monster in the other Pendulum Scale, this scale becomes 4. When you Pendulum summon a 'Harmony' monster, you can add 1 normal spell card from your deck or graveyard to your hand. When your opponent declare a direct attack while you control no monster(s), you can special summon this card from the Pendulum Zone and end the Battle Phase.

Monster's effect - When this card is special summon, you can add 1 'Harmony' Pendulum Monster from your deck or graveyard to your hand. If this card is attacked, target 1 monster on your opponent's field, that monster's ATK is halved until the End Phase.

Monster's effect - When this card is Pendulum summoned, target 2 cards on the field, destroy the first one and the second return to the deck. This card cannot attack once you activate it's effect. If this card is attacked, you can target the attacking monster and halved it's ATK until the end of the Battle Phase.
